A Winter Wonderland!

We've been snowed in and iced in all this week. Andrew's been working from home and I've managed to make it into work for partial days with 4 wheel drive and chains on my tires. Today I was finally kept inside by the combination of the hill out of our neighborhood and the ice storm that went on for several hours this morning.

Back in the Swing

We've had a crazy last few months with Andrew's work schedule, completing the bathroom, working out and sticking to our 20/20 eating habits. I've been using lots of recipes from Gina's Skinny Recipes. I love it! It makes it so easy to track what we're eating without the need to plug in every individual ingredient after cooking. Anyway... Now that things have started to slow down a little and we have our routine figured out, my goal is to get back into painting, so here's the first project. I wanted something somewhat fast so I could feel the instant gratification and keep the momentum rolling. I came across these really cool paintings on Esty and found my inspiration. Simple, quick and although not an original idea still unique :)
